GTCI employs a highly-skilled professional staff to develop and manage documentation projects for all technical requirements by customers.

We hire and maintain skilled, experienced Information Developers consisting of entry-level developers, senior developers, and information architects with a wide-range of capabilities. Our staff supports industries such as telecommunications, data processing, banking, health, oil & gas, and manufacturing. They are trained to use the latest development and delivery technologies, such as on-line documentation (XML), information databases, graphics, and other authoring tools.

GTCI utilizes technical project leads on key projects where the lead has strong skills and experience in the specific technology. The lead provides training and quality support to the Information Development staff on a specific project and is also available to support customers on specific documentation issues.

On a continuous basis, GTCI provides on-going training to the staff for professional development. This training includes new product technology, writing methodology, and quality development.

Program Management

We maintain a professional project management staff with years of experience and strong technical backgrounds. The project managers provide the leadership to manage complex projects using the latest program management tools. The project manager interfaces directly with the customer as required by customer guidelines.

GTCI’s experienced project management staff uses the latest program management tools to manage technical projects. The program management tools used at GTCI define key team members, track project milestones, and provide status reports as required by the customer.

The GTCI project team consists of members from GTCI senior management (Documentation and Business Development), project manager or project lead, information developers, technical editor, graphics developer, and IT support.

We regularly provide on-going training to the senior management staff, project management staff, and project leads which includes new product technology, program management, quality workshops, governance, and communications skills.
